SG Digital Doom by itswalky SG Digital Doom by itswalky
Here's a panel (sans dialog) from the third "Recordicons" strip. It's one of my most favoritest things ever. I got to guess what the altmodes for Ratchet and Sunstreaker look like, plus, well, it's fun referencing really obscure stuff. Especially the absurd kind of really obscure stuff.

People familiar with the source inspiration for this panel might wonder, HEY WHERE IS COSMOS, and I tell them, well, he'd go right where I need to put a bunch of dialog, so oh well. Plus I didn't want to make up colors for a Shattered Glass Cosmos. I'll leave that to somebody else. The tapes are my guys! I do the tapes.

Though, hmmm, without the narration boxes it is kind of an unbalanced composition without somebody over there. Oh well.

Man, I want all of those. Too bad some haven't been produced as toys and the others are too pricy to buy. Oh, well. Just have to wish.

SG Cosmos is probably colored like Gobots Pathfinder.

Well, Transformers Pathfinder IS a preexisting redeco of Cosmos, but I wouldn't want to go that route. Lord knows that toy is expensive enough as it is.

No, I mean SG Cosmos would look like Gobots Pathfinder. Greenish-gray, silver, and red... Transformers Pathfinder is blue and yellow, IIRC.

Too bad Hasbro'll probably never touch these SG characters for main line releases. Deranged and evil Autobots battling sensible and good Decepticons AND they're from another universe?! Ha!

*Still secretly wishes it would happen, tho'*

Hasbro probably won't touch them for good reason: that universe is seen as Fun Publications' baby, and it's their universe to play with. It'd be bad form for Hasbro to release a buttload of SG toys, since, y'know, that's FP's arena to make money for themselves. It's bad enough Hasbro's already yankin' all of the obscure dudes that's the convention's usual fare!
